Title: Large File Uploads

I am looking for a way to have users upload large files to my server. I was trying to use webshare but can not get it to work with files as large as 1GB. I did increase the upload_max_filesize parameter.

Is there another way to transfer large files with out the headache of FTP?

I use soupermail which you will find references to if you use the search of this site. Though I have never actually uploaded a 1 gig file, but I do upload large files which get put in the email stream.
