Sorry for a stupid question... What has happened to the SME user manual, it is still listed in documentation, but the link goes noway.  I have searched the site to no avail.  I have a previous copy, but the links to graphics are broken, the text is great however!

Is it possibel to obtain a printed and bound copy of the SME Users Manual? Can someone print up copies and sell them?

Get the pdf, take it to your copy store and say: please make a nice bound book with letters on both pages.  ;-)
