Title: Lazy Admin Tools update

Hi,

I just released version 0.9.0 of the LAT tools. New in this release:

- lat-users now also can assign users to groups (sponsored by Danish Designs / Sonny Pedersen :-) )
- lat-users can now also be used to update settings for existing users.
- some minor bug fixes.

Hello Michiel,

and to every one, these tools-set are great when you must renew are update a lot of user information.

Every year whith a school project 250 new kids, 1700 change's (the kids go a class higher) ± 250 leaves the school.
