Post by: Tue Hellstern on September 15, 2001, 11:27:43 AM
Hi,
I have set up a i-bay, and set a new password, but when I to access it outside my local network I get the lock on screen. After I have typed the username and the password I get this  “This information bay has not yet been customized.”. And I cant se the files there are stored her. What isn’t customized?

Hi,

From my somewhat what limited experiance in trying to do the same thing i was told that you cant ftp directly to the ibay.
So i tried ftp to the 'root of the site' and then using Cute ftp pro i set up a command that automaticly takes me to the ibay i needed
something like this
//ibay/(your bay name here)

even with ut the command it was easy just to move up the tree and then accross to the ibay

I tried eveything, and this is the only way i got it to work. If you figure out a way to ftp directly to the ibay please post  it or let me know.

I hope this helped.
