what I looking for is, where I can read more php and mysql on sme?

What I dont know is if there is mysql instalt frome the default installationen,

and if there is a phpmyadmin aswel ?

mysql is installed by default.

There is a contrib for phpmyadmin. Use the search function to locate it.

Yes - but the contrib for phpmyadmin is not that newbie

ex: "howto install it" and "howto brows it" ...
