Title: SME 6.01 problem, cannot show chinese file name on samba

Dear brother,

i use SME 6.01, when i want to use samba to share file in network. i cannot show tradition chinese file name!

then is change the setting on smb.conf

Code: [Select]

character set = ISO8859-1
client code page = 950
; coding system =cap
valid chars = 0xb9


and then restart samba service, also cannot show it
what problem on this case and anybody have solution can solve it?

delete the line
"character set = ISO8859-1 "

why did you post in several forums?
this is not good style...
