Is it possible to include the review config & test internet in next release. I have modified the conole scripts(www.nigelt.dyndns.org) - tar format!

Have found it to be a great help when settin gup a system, especially if having NIC or ISP problems!

Yeah, really good idea that!! Wish I knew enough about how to do it. I'd be really keen to help test. I'm using 6.0 and 6.01 Rob

Download the tar file from www.nigelt.dyndns.org. Backup or copy ur /sbin/e-smilth/console, and /sbin/e-smith/console-menu0items directory. untar the file(tar -xvf newconsole.tar), and then move the files to /sbin/e-smith directory.  YTour console should now include Test Internet and Review COnfiguration. The test internet stil luses the mitel site for checking purposes!

We have plans to re-enable the test internet function in the SME console.

hey Nigel, sorry for the late post, have been out and about. Just wanted to say it works a treat mate!!
Its really handy havin the test internet on the console
