Title: Accessing ibay over the Internet without SSL
Post by: waterboy on October 18, 2004, 02:50:56 AM
I'm fairly new to SME and am trying to setup a web site that people can hit over the Internet.  I've made an ibay and put my content in the html directory, but when I go to access the web site I can only hit it with https.  I'm on the latest ver of SME.  I must be missing something easy.

How can I make it so users can hit the site just using http?

TIA!

you should just be able to go into server-manager and change the access permissions for the ibay

That's what I thought, but I can't find any setting in server manager that allows SSL to be shut off.  I found a section in the httpd.conf file that refers to my ibay but no mention of SSL.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
