Title: Patches and Updates - newbie question!

I am thinking about installing SME Server, but I am interested in the update/patching process - I couln't find anything around the site.  IPCOP, for instance provide updates as required from time to time.  Does SME Server provide updates or patches for security issues?  If so, what if anything, is charged for the service (I note the "unsuported" version as a download)?

I am sure I have missed some obvious link - if so, sorry!
