Title: Dyndns.org update client....abuse??

I just recently setup an account at dyndns.org. I'm using the builtin client in SME 6.0 and found today that I got put on the "abuse" list by dyndns saying I updated too many times.  I had cron'ed a job to do a check every hour.  My question is, do I need to even cron a job for the client to update?  They mention on their web site that they have clients who can detect an IP change automatically and then do the update.  Does the builtin client do that?
