I have on several occasions had to manually delete my squid logs as they have grown to an extent that it causes squid to fail with service type 25 errors. Once I delete the logs all is well again. Is this just a problem with my setup or is this a common problem with emsith? I can just continue deleteing the logs whenever it occurs again, but surely there must be a better way of dealing with this?
btw I am using 6.0.1 and haven't installed anything which should interfere with the logs?

I've seen this when the logs get too big. Usually means that one of your clients has some type of virus/spyware blasting out packets. Look through the access.log and see if you have any 1 IP that keeps recurring, then go scan that pc. I use Spybot Search & Destroy, AdAware, and HiJackThis to search for spyware.
