Title: Internet Explorer Not getting to internet all other app's OK

Hi

windows XP sp2
Internet Explorer is not getting out through SME to internet
But mozalla and all other app's that I have test are

Anybody any ideas where to look for fix???

Paul,

Look at IE Tools/Internet Options/
most likely Connections / Lan Settings

...other than that you might want to specify what "getting out" means (for you).

been there it is set on auto detect

"geting out" get to internet site

IE work for internal sites ( i.e. Server-manager etc.)

Paul,

open a command window  (start / run "cmd") and do an "ipconfig " or better an "ipconfig /all "...
check ... default gateway is listed correctly ?
...if this is XP Home you might really want to go through the wizard once !!!
