Is there a panel for dansguardian I searched and found several indications that there was, such as
6. http://yourserver/server-manager to finish off configuration options with up to three separate panels
Dungog has released a modules allowing the blocking of http traffic for specific files using the server-manager interface,
Thanks

I've searched around for this too. Dansguardian seems to be a better solution than squidguard since it does on-the-fly filtering. The problem is getting it to work correctly with a GUI of some sorts. And certain manual configuration problems (the transparent proxy seems to be a snag as some report they couldn't get it to work, me neither).
Anyway, I've found the following Danguardian GUI projects:
dggui -- http://projects.elmadera.com/sw/dansguardian.htm
webmin -- http://sourceforge.net/projects/dgwebminmodule/
cop+ -- http://firewalladdons.sourceforge.net/cop.html
admin gui -- http://www.dageek.co.uk/ipcop/addonz/dansgui.htm
dungog's gui -- http://www.dungog.net/sme/index.php
There's probably more on a back country beaten path that I haven't found yet. I haven't tested any of them and I don't know if they work out-of-the-package on SME. I just know these are suppose to work with Dansguardian, so eventually they should work on SME.
In the end, Dungog's work is always terrific. His contribs have been more than helpful in many cases. It's not worth the time to try to get one of the other solutions to work when you know that his solution is a easliy affordable and guaranteed to work. Who knows, it may even comes with support :-o
thanxs,
