Title: /etc/hosts template not being expanded properly

I have an unusual problem with SME 6.0.1. Host names in the "hostnames and addresses" server manager panel are not being expanded properly, to /etc/hosts, even though they show up in the panel. I have checked the templates and templates-custom fragments for problems and everything looks fine. Can anyone suggest where I should be looking for the source of this problem?
