Hi Jesper Vels

I had the same need, because the kernel do not have the radiohams modules in, I used thes help from Duncan and work great.

Make the modificatios as you need after.

Best regards.

If you really need to build a new kernel, not just need kernel sources for compiling something else; it is more complicated. I did it for including usb support in my kernel.

I used Sagem Fast 800 (http://www.ericsibert.com/informatique/fast800/Howto_Fast800_6.htm). It is in french. But you only need to follow step 1 and step 3. Ask if you want some translation.

Follow the previous link (now corrected  :-( ).

Or, if you don't understand french, go to :
on Contribs (http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/saco/contrib/devtools_SME6.0/)

Download :

autoconf
automake
cpp
gcc
gcc-c++
glibc-devel
glibc-kernheaders
kernel-source
libstdc++-devel
m4
ncurses-devel
zlib-devel

And rpm -Uvh *
