Hi all,
First thank you to all those people who contribute to this forum. I am new to linux and SME Server and I am finding the learning curve steep. :pint:
I am trying to running Twonkyvision 2.4 as a media server (http://www.twonkyvision.de/). The latest version (glibc2.2 add on) works fine at this time.
I am using Putty to go the root and then running it by typing "./program_name". I had to ask how to do that so it really shows my skill level.
What I want to know is how do I get it to run automatically when the server boots up?
It also has two configuration files one is a html file that updates the ini file which is created when first run. Does anyone want to create a simple installation rpm and configuration page for the server manager - please
All help appreciated and praised greatly from afar.

They should get you going.
You don't need any RPM's for the server manager as it is already installed (at least not in 6.0, which is the one I know). In putty you can just connect as:
login: admin
password: the same as root
or if you are logged in as root simply type:
su admin
password: the same as root
If you are on the local network of your SME-server you can just connect via a webbrowser to:
http://servername/server-manager/
Good luck with SME-server and all!
C ya
