hi,
many thanks again for your help. E-Smith works fine now as an mp3-file-server.
It runs on a Pentium166 with a 10GB harddisc. Unfortunately i got more than 10GBs of MP3-files. So, my question is: When I want to upgrade the server with a second harddisc, is it recognized automatically by E-Smith? Can I "spread" my MP3-Information-Bay over to 2 drives?
thanx in advance

Try a search through this forum.
We already explained how to do it.

i would be very pleased, if someone could post a "step-by-step" instruction, about how one could install a second harddrive.
many thanx.

Go to redhat and search the database for "Installing new hard drive, after new 7.1 install:)". I think the answer your looking for is there.
