I need a solution that each user can edit and enable his own vacation message in Webmail.
This message should send each time a email has stored in his eMailbox

Hi!

Look at the Userpanel at http://www.dungog.net/sme/files/userpanel/

There your users can login via https://server/user-manager with their name and password.
They are able to enable/disable vacation messages for each of their aliases, can change passwords and many other things, which you have enabled via the server-manager.

You could also download and install the Sork package from horde SMEhttp://www.horde.org/sork/
These 4 apps bolt onto the webmail within but does require some messing around with the httpd custom templates
