Title: [contrib] Manage Apache Error page

Hello all,

I've published my last contrib.
This contrib allow you to change Apache error page.
Of course you have a new panel in the server-manager to configure.

Go to download area (http://www.vanhees.cc/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewsdownload)

To give an example: You want to redirect visitor that make a mistake in the url to your search page. So configure error 404 with the wanted page.
