When's the Free GPL Version of Lycoris SME Server comming out.

But if Lycoris is anything like Mitel, you'll know when the rest of us know, which is when it's released and not one minute before. And that's OK because it's their resources they're pouring into updating the software.
Until then, just keep installing the 6.0.1 release ... but you might consider holding off on installing any contribs until you really really need them, just in case. Because adding contribs complicates an upgrade.

My heavily-customized home LAN SME is still 5.6 (with all updates, naturally). I figure an upgrade will not be possible so I'm holding out for the first bugrelease of the first Lycoris release and then I'll do a clean install on fresh hardware. I was hoping Netjuke would be updated but that project is in a coma if not completely dead.

As far as i know it was inofficially planned before christmas. But i would not bet on the date. A SME Server 6.1 public beta is in the queue but we have to wait, until it's done.
