Title: antivirus

anybody know of an antivirus software that will work with e-smith. we got hit with the nimda last week.

I'm successfully using F-Secure with AMaViS that takes care of e-mail redirection through the antivirus.

I chose F-Secure because we are entitled to more licenses than the PCs we have, so I was able to convert one of them from windows to linux at no cost, and so I ended with completely free mail scan system. More than that, F-Secure is a very good product, updated almost daily.

On my ESSG 4.0.1, the installation and configuration was not so difficult: if you do a search in the forums, you should find a couple of threads containing my personal installation and configuration notes and comments and suggestions by Allen Rapini about the above solution.
