Login to the server directly with the ADMIN account and run through the setup again.

I don't understand your question.

If you are asking where do you enter your ISP's DNS servers, the answer is "you don't". The server already includes a DNS server of its own, and resolves addresses by starting at the root name servers (just as your ISP's name servers do).
