How does one block an email address from being accepted by the qmail server for any and all users.
Thanks

You might want to install Spamassassin. Simply add the email address you want to block to the black list and you're done.
Please see http://sme.swerts-knudsen.dk/howtos/howto_29.htm for an excellent install script.

I chose the Spamassasin install because of its long term values to the system.
