Hi Brian,

I taught that I had the latest version of SME server...

Checking SME version...This update only supports SME 6.0.1-01 at the moment - Exiting...
[root@smesrv01 updates]# uname -a
Linux smesrv01 2.4.20-18.7 #1 Thu May 29 08:32:50 EDT 2003 i686 unknown

How to check which version I have ?

regards,

Luis
Title: SME Update
Post by: gatox on December 30, 2004, 06:36:02 AM
Hi Brian.

It looks that my reply never made it so here it is again.

Ok, I installed V 6.0.1-10 and all upgrades went fine !!!!

My primary production server is an SME v6.0 plain no upgrades.

I relaunched the update (since I screwed up dansguardian) and it took less than 5 minutes to reinstall (download) everything since most of it was in SQUID cache on my production server.

Also installed it on VMware v5 (Beta) and update was lightning fast (took longer to press enter than to install everything).

Best regards and keep up the good work.
