Title: Anonymous USER can get to my FTP?? whats wrong?
Post by: gizm0 on December 30, 2004, 07:49:41 PM
Hi,

Anonymous users can get to my FTP (/Primary/files/). So how can i disable/denie these anonymous access, so that the FTP would ask for username and password each time.
And without those information it would kick user out.

Well now it works...i configured the proftpd.conf to denie anonymous access.
But i also want to know how do i access to that FTP MANAGER? I have installed like, that install manual adviced me to install it. Still i can't find it from my sme server manager. How can i get it to appear on sme server manager? or how it works?

Hi,
Anonymous users can get to my FTP (/Primary/files/).

Why don't you just leave Primary/files empty?
