Title: SSL-Explorer; replacement for PPTP?
Post by: damjan on January 06, 2005, 02:59:27 PM
Hi,

Does anyone tested SSL-Explorer on e-smith (5.6,6.01)?
http://www.3sp.com/products/enterprise/ssl-explorer/ssl-explorer.jsp

It look like real replacement for sometimes problematic build-in VPN solution. It has easy managemnet, IP restrictions, traffic via SSL port, GPL license.

Only if there is password information in the LDAP database, which there isn't in the SME server.
