Title: Bigpond ADSL Broadband

Hi
Has anyone setup 6.1.01 to Bigpond using the Thompson ADSL Modem. Were there any problems/pitfalls etc.

I'm running a speedtouch 530 which is manufactured by thompson and it goes great. But I do have a bridged PPPoE connection and SME handles the connection. The modem basically just passes all the traffic through to the SME box.

Did you do anything special to the modem to get it into Bridged PPPOE mode? I found a whole lot of instructions to be able to reprogram it but would like to keep it simple/standard. I assume you have a default Bigpond ADSL service.
