Is there has a SME add-ons to setup the secondary IP address in Server-manager ??

I don't think so, but you can go to the consol and write /sbin/ifconfig eth0:1 192.168.1.5 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.1.255 &

(of couse with your own values)
