Title: anyone that have tryed to ghost a e-smith disc ?

Hi

Does any of you guys / girles ever tryed to ghost a HD containg a SME (linuc) partition ??

No problems, use Norton Ghost ver.8 and up

Done it twice so far, planning to do so again to experiment with an upgrade from 5.6 to whatever Lycoris releases next.  Since RAM size didn't change I didn't accept Ghost's suggestion to enlarge /boot and /swap on the larger new drive.

I have used Ghost to copy a few working servers with lot's of clients and data without problem.

Ghosted with a 6.0 Dos verion and dd'd with "dd" a few times.
