Hi all,
I created a torrent file to speed up the ISO distribution.
The torrent can be reached via http://www.nodch.de/smeserver-6.5beta1-i386.iso.torrent
Have fun.

Good job!! I wish all distributions were done this way! Makes life easier for everyone, doesn't cost a lot of money for software developers either as the bandwidth is from everyone.
KegRaider. Clicking on link now ;)

OK, I'm downloading it and then helping to seed.
-
Good, just help seeding to increase the total bandwith, I am sorry that I do not have that much, but I am sure we soon will have enough seeders so that does no longer matter.
-
I'm also manually downloading the iso. When that is finished, can I just put it in the torrent-folder and then it will be uploaded?
-
you have to create a own torrent to share, it will only be uploaded and shared automatically if you did download the ISO using the torrent that I put online.

my connection is really crap, is anyone able to host the torrent? At least it was kind of a good idea to have a torrent. Shouldn´t we be able to host a torrent on the ibiblio server? That´s a question for the responsible ones ;)

I'll download it from the ftp and then post the torrent link. My upload isn't that good either, but at least 30kb/s
edit:
If every thing works this is my torrent:
