I have disabled fetchmail and disabled spamfilter from Jesper Knudsn too, but I´m having problems with my qmail. Internal mails from internal network are rejected (I don´t know if external mails are being rejected too)
This is my error.log message

qmail-inject: fatal: mail server temporarily rejected message (#4.3.0)
Other is that messages arrives to my server, but they loose I don´t know where.
My smtpfront-qmail saids this:

Run queue_repair.py against your setup to valiadate a few things:
http://www.qcc.ca/~charlesc/software/queue_repair/index.html
Check your mail log file perms; qmail, smtpfront-qmail, and maillog. Also, if you have a/v & a/s s/w installed check the e-smith db settings are correct for the qmail queue
