Title: DHCP lease info?
Post by: Patrick Basile on October 04, 2001, 08:34:51 PM
Hello everyone,

I'm sure this is an easy question, and more a Linux newbie question than anything.  Is there a way to find out what leases have been assigned to what computers (similar to the Windoze DHCP Manager in NT4 Server) from an e-smith 4.1.2/SME5 server?  If so, is it or could it be incorporated into a panel in the web manager interface?

Thanks,
Patrick

The leases file can be found in /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases

Good luck.

Arkman,

Thanks for your help, that did the trick...but it sure would be nice to have a panel in the web manager to give me this without having to 'root' around.  I guess I should go post that on the Wish-List phorum.

Regards,
Patrick
