Does anyone try out the smtpd-obtuse-smtpd-maps package for blocking the known junk mail sender? I have upgraded with my 5.0 but it doesn't seens work. Any comment is much appreicated.  : )

I've tried the package with no luck as well.  Any help regarding known issues would be appreciated.
