I would like to know where I can get/download frontpage extensions for my SME? An possibly how to install them

Important!!!
This apache version compiled with frontpage, is 1.3.27-7.
In other words, this howto replace your existing apache version, with 1.3.27-7 version.
If you want to recompile your current apache version with frontpage extensions, go to the last of the howto, and see the links.

Don't do it!!

Don't pollute the web with more frontpage garbage, and clutter your nice SME server with those horrid extensions!!!
