Title: Install Xoops ends with a blank page
Post by: mophilly on February 04, 2005, 06:34:09 PM
I installed the current version of xoops, xoops-1.3.10.tar.gz, following the how-to by k_graham, at
http://no.longer.valid/phpwiki/index.php/How%20to%20install%20Xoops

I am running SME 6.0.1 and have run Greg Swallow's update.

I created an ibay named "xyz". After I unpacked the tarball, the files were in "xyz/html/xoops-1.3.10/html". I didn't think this was correct so I moved everything into the first html directory.

I ran the suggested chmod and chown steps. When I direct my browser to "mydomain.com/xyz" I get a blank page.

What did I miss?
