Title: Need to find the contrib to install RPM's via web browser

Hey Everyone, I am sorry if i missed something but i cannot find the contrib that adds a option to install rpm's via the web browser.  I downloaded and instaled it on one computer and have since lost it.  If someone can provide a link to that it would really help me out.
