Post by: frenna on February 05, 2005, 08:37:23 PM
How come when I reboot my server I see "Clamd Disabled" Instead of "OK" like the other settings does this means that the antivirus Clam is not working ?

You need to make sure you enable via the server-manager panel.  I think when you install this, the default shows active, but you must save this for the settings to take effect.

2 things I can suggest.  1.  tail -f /var/log/messages and look to see which event is causing your error and try to correct. or
2. Re-run the update script from Jesper's site.

use the tail command from the server console.
To view the message log in server manager, look under administration, view log files and messages is the default.
