Title: 'Other' Blades

I've been reading through the V5.0 documentation and noticed a few extra blades on the screen clip of the blades panel.  There are CRM Tool, E-Commerce Sales Package, Local Copy of User's Guide, and Web Content Filtering.  I'm assuming that these are only available for ServiceLink subscribers but I'd still like some info on them.  Anybody know any details about these packages?
