Now i want to setup an Microsoft Exchange Server for internal and local mail.
I have Installed Exchange server on a windows 2003 server box, whose ip is 192.0.0.65.Domain name is exchangelocal.com.
Now i can send the emails from exchange server to SME box as i have set the SME server ip into the DNS search order in win 2003 box.
But I am unable to send mails from SME box to exchange server.
I think i need to add DNS entry for exchangelocal.com.
But i dont know HOW
Please HELP

Don't do this, since this is no local ip address.
Use 192.168.x.x instead!
I am unable to send mails from SME box to exchange server.
I think i need to add DNS entry for exchangelocal.com.
Server-Manager: Configuration -> Domains
and then -> Hostnames and Addresses
But "exchangelocal.com" is not defined in the Internet, so why would you send e-mails from your SME to the exchange server, when no one else can attach the Exchange server this way?
