Title: Variable "@logfiles" will not stay shared at /etc/

Can someonee tell me what this error is?
I have been loosing my http access. The server is accessable local but not on the internet until a reboot. While looking for more info, I found this:

Variable "@logfiles" will not stay shared at /etc/e-smith/web/panels/manager/cgi-bin/viewlogfiles line 134.
