Title: Praise
Post by: Luke Drumm on October 10, 2001, 02:15:34 AM
I know I've ranted, raved and dribbled like a loon around the E-Smith message boards for quite a while now... *but*... I'd just like to pass on my humble appreciation of a fine product.

Thanks to all the paid and unpaid people who helped (and continue to) make the E-Smith product the groovy beast it is today.

Regards,
Luke

Hello everyone,

I'd like to add my appreciation and thanks as well!  I only "discovered" e-smith back in July, but in this short time have found the product to be truly amazing.  (I'm a Windoze guy by trade, but this product has me thinking about coming over from the 'dark side'!)  I have already set up 2 servers and they are providing "real" services and value on old hardware which I couldn't possibly run NT/Win2K.

The folks watching/responding to posts on these boards have been very helpful as well - so thanks to all of you!

Now all I need is for someone to help me figure out why Samba 2.2.1a causes my ACT! database to crawl when run from my server.  Any Samba gurus out there looking for a challenge!?

Regards,
Patrick
