Anyone knows where is nameserver (DNS) configuration in e-smith manager in version 4.0?

There is no e-smith version 4.0. What you have found on the ftp server is an unreleased, incomplete, preview.

You have done the right thing and asked your question on the
developer mailing list. You can explain in more detail your requirements there.
