Title: FlexBackup sees not table of contents

Anyone know why the command:

flexbackup -toc

complains that there is no table of contents on a tape that has just finished
the nighly backup?

I believe this is because in e-smith, flexbackup is configured to use "dump", which AFAIK doesn't create a TOC.
