Post by: flipp on February 23, 2005, 03:18:05 AM

Anyone help me?

FWIW, these are the ones that are currently working for me (yes, all 6 of them!):

bl.spamcop.net
combined.njabl.org
dnsbl.sorbs.net
list.dsbl.org
relays.ordb.org
sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org

I'm using:
bl.spamcop.net
relays.ordb.org
sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org

Works well for the majority of our spam, YMMV.

Do you guys see a performance hit when using so many RBL's? I'm just using Spamcop, and since it is catching over 80% of inbound SPAM (with SA getting about 99% of the rest), I decided not to add another.

I have no idea of the lookup time needed to check a spam against an RBL, but considering some of you are using 4+ I would assume its not bad??

Thanks,

Geoffrey
