Title: Disaster Recovery
Post by: CKConsulting on March 03, 2005, 04:55:43 AM
Can anyone post a list of files that need to be backed up for the quickest distaster recovery.
Currently I backup /home
I'm using SME as a single server, ie..email, web, ibays, domain controler, user directories.

Thanks,
Rick

Don't know if this is what you are after but this is what the standard backup to workstation backs up.

    * /home/e-smith
    * /etc/e-smith/templates-custom
    * /etc/e-smith/templates-user-custom
    * /etc/ssh
    * /root/.ssh
    * /etc/passwd
    * /etc/shadow
    * /etc/group
    * /etc/gshadow
