Title: Midnight Commander 7.0alpha3

No midnight commander
so i put the old one from e- smith 4.1 in
the newer onees said there was missing some libs files
just notify others about this

I have one recreate package has to leave sources of mc for 7.0 apha 3.
I thus propose it for attempts.

For the program PICO it is necessary to use NANO now.
It is the same program.
