Hi everyone

I have been searching the forums for a while now and I can only find one post that leads me to a website with no solution.

Can anuone tell me how I can add an email disclaimer to the end of all outgoing messages.

Where do you want it added in the source or in the body ?
 
i have modified a template to show where the email was sent from

Eelriver Networks instead of

Mitel Networks  - only seen if you look at the email source

Just create your diclaimer in your signature file



Such as

My Company
800-222-1515

disclaimer:

I meant to send this email if I didn't
send it it would have not arrived.

Firstly .... what program are you using to e-mail with.

It will depend on where you set things up.

what i really want is the ability to set a disclaimer on the backlend which will then gou out no matter which email client i or any of my users use.

I tried doing this in the old days of sendmail..... I failed lol  :hammer:
