As recently discussed in the general form, I'd like a panel that will let me add a block of text to all outgoing emails for a legal disclaimer.

Been discussed here before http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=20167.msg79340#msg79340

I found that using Bitdefender allows one to tag on the message.This thread also metioned been able to do this with avmailgate contrib.
