Title: No post without log in

I have seen in a few posts around contribs.org junk post and the user is always a guest.  Whilst I have no problem with "guests" reading posts, I beleive to stop this rot of junk post of forcing people to register to post in the forums.

I appreciate that this may not suit everyone, but if you are searching for something and your key words are in the junk post, than that junks the search results.
