Title: Incomplete removal of a Local Network 6.5rc1 ?

Hi.

I entered two ips into the local networks panel of server-manager, which failed, as discussed in
 
http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=26600.0

I have removed both of these failed local networks  and now I can see no trace of them in server-manager.

However, one of those external ips now has no access at all to www.mydomain.com.  
The other external ip can see www.mydomain.com.

So it seems that there is some reference remaining which has not been removed.  

Can anyone shortlist where I should look for that reference so I can remove it manually and report a potential bug.

If 6.5rc1 doesn't work perfectly - report a bug in the bug tracker. What do you think it's there for?
